With eFax Corporate, Epic customers can send faxes directly from Epic – minimizing disruption to existing fax workflows. Fax requests are submitted to eFax Corporate via Epic Print Services (EPS). The status of sent faxes is sent from eFax Corporate to Epic. Administrators have access to the eFax Corporate web portal for detailed information about every fax job. To receive faxes, the eFax router is used to automatically download faxes to different network folders for document management solutions, execute custom scripts, or send to MFPs, all based on the incoming fax number.
